about darcey hope

Blending folk, pop and country, combined with a heartfelt and emotionally connecting songwriting style, Darcey Hope creates sonic soundscapes that evoke nostalgia and take listeners back to a simpler time. In her music, you can hear influence from the likes of Kacey Musgraves, Lizzy Mcalpine, Taylor Swift and Phoebe Bridgers. However, she takes her inspiration and spins it into a wholeheartedly unique and organic sound, that as a female singer songwriter, makes her music stand out from the crowd. Darcey's received notable support from BBC Introducing Berkshire, Solent, Sussex and Surrey. She's made herself known across the Brighton grassroots live music scene, recently playing a sold out headline gig at The Folklore Rooms, and opening for the Sunset Sons at Chalk on their UK Tour. Autumn sky is Darcey's third single to be added to her collection, that will feature on her debut EP "Try to Say Goodnight", set to be released on the 23rd June 2022.
